How this website handles your information.
This notice concerns the marketing website. Data processed by a customer’s Muninark deployment is governed separately by that deployment’s arrangements.
Contact enquiries
The form asks for your name, email address and message. Company and area of interest are optional. The handler also records the submission time and request IP address to help process enquiries and prevent abuse.
The website operator stores accepted submissions on its infrastructure. When email notifications are enabled, the handler sends the enquiry through the configured email provider. The enquiry remains saved if that notification fails.
Technical information and analytics
The site uses a self-hosted Umami instance on our own server for page views and a few defined interaction events. It sets no cookies and builds no visitor profiles. The events never include contact-field contents or the text of product questions. Server access logs may contain technical request information, including IP addresses.
Fonts and external services
Fonts are served with the website. Loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other third party. Email delivery for contact enquiries runs through our email provider; nothing else leaves our infrastructure.
